I have always  been a very bony shoulder guy with a  skinny neck build

i soo see joe rogan taking trt and all sorts of hrt and testosterone he wakes to help him bulk. Apart from eating healthy and exercising properly can there be a areas in natural genetics I can achieve higher grows? I respect everyone’s opinion and am not closed minded. I guess I was upper body and core strength.  Thanks a bunch guys😀
