Healthy food prep tip:


Are you tired of eating plain ground turkey or ground chicken?

Try cooking up a pound of ground hot Italian turkey sausage and a pound of ground lamb. Mix in a big serving bowl with ground turkey.
•1 pound hot Italian sausage (cook to slight crunch)
•1 pound ground lamb (season black pepper)
•2-3 pounds lean ground turkey. **Load onto low carb tortilla shell (6g carbs) and top with salsa even some pesto sauce
