Double chocolate healthy brownies

Nutrition Info Per Brownie (Yields: 6):
86 calories. 4g fat. 7g carbs. 7g protein.

– 1 Chocolate Brownie Quest Bar
– 1/2 cup oat flour
– 2 scoops Chocolate Milkshake Quest Protein Powder
– 2 tablespoons coconut oil
– 1 egg
– 1/4 cup almond milk
– 4 egg whites
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
– 3 Amberlyn’s dark chocolate bite squares

-Preheat oven to 350F and spray an 8-by-8-inch baking pan.
-Microwave Quest Bar for 30 seconds & combine with protein powder, oat flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.
-Blend in a blender until smooth.
-Pour back into bowl and add in egg, egg whites, coconut oil and almond milk.
-Stir until smooth/ batter like.
– Break up Amberlyn chocolate into pieces and mix in.
-Transfer into baking pan and cook for about 20 min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
