 If you are eating properly and doing your cardio (for health purposes, meaning HARD short duration) then you dont need as many. Nutrition and cardio will be used accordingly to counter any possible negative effects of PED's as well (drink plenty of water on tren, special attention to cholesterol on var, etc...).
