White vs Brown rice??!??

White rice is not bad for you. In fact it can be strongly argued white rice is better for you than brown rice. Brown rice is brown because it’s got the bran in it. White rice is just rice with the bran and germ removed. Bran means added fiber. Well we as a society on average consume 42% more fiber than we need which causes bloating and digestive issues. What rice bran does have is phytic acid, the primary anti nutrient we try to avoid.Rice bran is very high in phytic acid, which binds to minerals in your body and leaches them out of you. In reality it's not so much white versus brown that is nutritionally superior. It's the long grain white rice that is nutritionally superior to shorter grain types of rice.

Don't buy into broscience bs!!!
