The longest drug name is Granulocyte/Monocyte Colony Stimulating Factor

There's a 4 way tie for the longest one word drug name among: adrenocorticotropin, hydrochlorothiazide, medroxyprogesterone and phenylpropanolamine

The shortest names are C3a and C5a, followed by iron, mesna and senna

More drugs start with "C" and "P" than any other letter (63), followed closely by "M" (58)

There are no drugs that start with J, X or Y (and only one with W) (I'm assuming generic names)
